Gilles Dekoninck

Gilles Dekoninck is Belgian by origin and Marbella by choice. He relocated to the Costa del Sol in 2023 after more than a decade of visiting the area, first as a recurring guest and eventually as someone who understood its property market well enough to build a practice around it.

His background is in business and client relationships rather than traditional estate agency, which shapes the way Gildeko operates. The focus is on long-term value, transparency, and the kind of frank advice that a trusted advisor gives rather than a salesperson.
